It does get easy to add ready-made masalas in the food considering the time constraints and busy lives that we lead. Dry red chillies, Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Pepper Corns, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Mustard, Hing, Ginger, Garlic, Curry leaves.

✅Dry roasted & Freshly ground.
✅Heat a kadai with oil and do the seasoning. Once mustard cracks, add curry leaves and saute for a minute. Add chopped small onions and green chillies & fry it well for 5 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste & saute till raw smell goes off.
✅Add finely chopped tomatoes in and fry it till turns mushy and soft.Once tomatoes become soft, add two tablespoons of Fish Curry Masala, 2 tsp of Coriander powder, & 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
✅Fry them until the raw smell leaves from the masala for 5 minutes. Then add the tamarind water along with salt. Mix everything for a minute. Adjust with water/coconut milk if needed.
✅Boil the Kuzhambu in medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes or until the raw smell completely leaves and the curry becomes little thick. Then add the fish pieces in and cook it for 5 more minutes and switch off the flame once the fish pieces are cooked well. Fish cooks faster so switch off the stove accordingly.
